Education
We believe that education is at the core of a nation’s socio-economic development. Hence our organization ensures every employee’s children’s education by providing them with necessary textbooks and yearly admission fees. Moreover, since its inception, the organization has been donating a handsome amount of money to the rural primary schools of Feni district on a yearly basis.
Environment
Under the organization’s “Tree Plantation Program”, more than 120,000 saplings have been donated in rural areas ever since the year 2000.
Medical
We care for our employees’ safety and have already undertaken a group life insurance program in order to ensure financial security of our employees’ families. We also have contract with local hospital to ensure free of cost medical facility.
Others
We organize annual picnics and iftar parties every year to motivate and inspire our employees and their families. During the month of Ramadan, each and every employee is provided with daily iftar at our factory premises. As the price of commodities usually goes high during Ramanda, our organization provides extra allowance to our employees to celebrate the Holy month peacefully.
